From inside the app
On the home screen, the icon at the top left opens report a bug and request a feature. Say what happened, or what you wish it did, and attach up to five screenshots. It reaches us directly and we read every one.
A screenshot of the exact screen is worth more than a paragraph, and if a note failed, the card carries a short reason. Send that.

- Complaints, and anything about your data: [email protected], which reaches our Grievance Officer, Kharabela Singh, appointed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. Tell us who you are, what happened, and what you would like us to do. If we do not resolve it, you can take a data-protection complaint to the Data Protection Board of India at no cost, and that route stays open whatever we say here.
Common questions
A note says it failed. The card shows why and offers a retry. Your recording is safe on your phone either way, so a retry costs nothing.
It says I am out of credits. Turning a capture into a note spends credits. Nothing is lost: the capture stays on your phone, and once your account has credits again you can retry it from its card or regenerate the note.
Where are my notes? On your phone, in the app's own storage. A copy goes to your own iCloud once a day unless you turn that off, and you can export everything as a zip from the all-notes screen whenever you like.
The summary is wrong about a name. Add the name under your words in the app and every summary after that spells it your way. Correcting a misspelt name in a note also teaches it.
I want a better summary. Every note can be regenerated from its menu. Or ask for the change in chat and review exactly what would change before you save it.
I want to delete my account. You can ask for that from inside the app. We complete it within 30 days, and you can cancel the request until then. Export first: once it is done it cannot be undone.
I changed my mind about a topic Vasini added. Tap the topic on the note to remove it. A topic you chose yourself is never removed by the app.
Your data
Your notes, transcripts and photos live on your phone. What our servers hold, why, and for how long is set out in full in the privacy policy. We have no model of our own, and nothing you capture is used to train one, and there is no analytics SDK, tracker or advertising in the app.
